Refund policy

Hello! We're sorry your print didn't work out! All digital downloads are final sales with no returns. We accept non-damaged paper print and canvas print returns within 30 days of delivery and store credit after 30 days.

Please take care to package your print carefully, as there is a possible 20% restocking fee for damages, including framing damage.

All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. All store credits will be sent in the form of a discount code via email that can be applied to any future purchase.

All physical orders will be delivered within 15 business days of your order being placed. Let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order if there are any misprints.

FOR THANK YOU CARDS- you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once we receive your return, you will either receive a refund or your exchanged item will be shipped. You will be responsible for the return shipping of your item. We must be notified in writing of your intent to return/exchange your pajamas within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
